Our Services

Holistic Healing Therapy is here to support individuals, couples, and teens through every stage of their healing journey. Scroll down to explore our services and take the first step toward empowered, whole-person care.

Individual Therapy

One-on-one support for anxiety, trauma, stress, grief, life transitions, identity work, burnout, and emotional overwhelm.

Individual therapy offers a confidential space to slow down, make sense of your internal world, and build practical tools that support day-to-day stability. We focus on helping you understand emotional patterns, strengthen self-trust, and respond to stress with greater flexibility and clarity.

We also pay close attention to relational dynamics and the systems that shape your wellbeing, including family, partnership, work, and culture. Treatment is personalized and may integrate evidence-based approaches with holistic, whole-person care.

Depending on your goals, sessions may incorporate EMDR preparation, CBT-based skills, mindfulness, and somatic regulation practices so insight and practical change can happen together. The focus is always on helping you feel more grounded, connected, and able to move forward with confidence.

Teen Therapy

Developmentally attuned care for younger clients navigating emotions, behavior, school stress, self-esteem, or family change.

Teen therapy creates a supportive and nonjudgmental space where adolescents can process big feelings, social pressures, and identity development while learning healthy coping strategies. We help teens build emotional awareness, communication skills, and confidence in how they manage challenges at school and home.

Care includes collaboration with caregivers when appropriate, while protecting the therapeutic trust that helps teens open up. We combine evidence-based tools with compassionate, age-appropriate care that honors each teen as a whole person.

We also support teens with practical regulation tools they can use between sessions, such as grounding, emotional labeling, and structured coping plans for school and social stress. This helps therapy feel relevant in everyday life, not just in the office.

Couples Therapy

Guidance for partners seeking deeper understanding, healthier communication, and stronger emotional connection.

Couples therapy helps partners identify repeating conflict cycles, clarify unmet needs, and create safer ways to communicate during difficult moments. Sessions are structured and practical, with clear tools for repair, boundary-setting, and rebuilding trust.

We view relationship distress in context rather than blaming one partner. We use evidence-based relational strategies while supporting each person’s emotional experience, so the relationship can become more secure, respectful, and resilient.

For couples healing from betrayal, chronic conflict, or emotional disconnection, we pace the work carefully and build clear agreements for safety, accountability, and follow-through. The goal is not just fewer arguments, but a stronger relationship foundation that can handle stress with more care and teamwork.

EMDR

(Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a research-based psychotherapy approach that helps people resolve painful or stressful events in their lives that contribute to PTSD, anxiety, depression, panic, phobias, addiction, eating disorders, pain, and other health issues.

EMDR supports the brain’s natural ability to reprocess distressing memories so they feel less overwhelming in the present. As treatment progresses, many clients experience reduced emotional intensity, improved regulation, and greater capacity to stay grounded in relationships and daily life.

We implement EMDR with careful preparation, stabilization, and pacing to ensure emotional safety throughout the process. This structured, evidence-based modality fits naturally within our holistic approach to mind-body healing and whole-person recovery.

Before reprocessing begins, we prioritize readiness by strengthening your internal resources and helping you build confidence with coping skills. This preparation makes the work more effective and helps you stay supported during and between sessions as healing unfolds.
