What is the Holistic Healing Approach?

Evidence based approaches and whole-person care that honor the full story, not just the symptoms.

The Holistic Healing Approach recognizes that emotional pain is rarely one-dimensional. We work with thoughts, feelings, nervous system responses, relationship patterns, beliefs, and lived experience so therapy supports the whole person.

This means blending evidence-based care with body awareness, mindfulness practices, subconscious healing tools, and a deeply personalized treatment plan designed to help you feel safer, clearer, and more empowered over time.

How it works

A simple, supportive path forward.

Phase 1

In this first phase, your therapist will get to know you deeply and create a personalized treatment plan aligned with your goals. You will be introduced to holistic healing tools and guided through integrative experiences tailored to your journey.

Phase 2

In phase 2, your curated therapist is taking you through our unique therapeutic process, which generally consists of weekly appointments that match your specific goals and empower you to take action. You will continue to grow in this phase until you meet the milestones and achieve the goals that you have set with your therapist.

Phase 3

In phase 3, we focus on integration and real-life application. You and your therapist strengthen the tools and insights you have built so far, practice using them in everyday situations, and fine-tune what is working best for your needs. This phase helps you feel steady, confident, and prepared for longer-term progress.

Phase 4

In phase 4, we move you into maintenance, where we continue to empower you, keep you accountable, and encourage you to continue down a path of personal development. You will continue in this phase until you are ready to complete your treatment with us.
